Cadenshae Nursing Bras

These bras are made to last through pregnancy, breastfeeding and beyond.

I don't think anything can prepare you for just how many changes your breasts go through when becoming a mum. From pregnancy and beyond, whether you are breastfeeding or not, your breasts will change in shape, size and even colour. And it's very likely that your pre-baby bras won't fit you anymore. At least not for a while.

My biggest struggle when breastfeeding my son was finding a maternity active wear bra that allowed me to feed with ease, while still being completely supported while I was exercising.

It was 3.5 years ago that my Pilates instructor and physiotherapist recommended Cadenshae to me. I wore the same bra today on my morning run, after living in it all through my second time breastfeeding my second son, which really proves how it's made to last. Candenshae bras are also medically endorsed by a physiotherapist and lactation expert for being good for both exercising and breastfeeding, you don't need to compromise.

This bra has been spewed on countless times. It has been through the wash and dryer more times than I can count too. But it still supports me to the point that I feel absolutely comfortable wearing it for a run or boot camp workout, without worrying anything will fall out.

Which is why I have absolutely no hesitance in saying Cadenshae have my brand loyalty for life. They stock sizes A-J in sports bras and everyday bras for nursing mums. Even when I had a break from breastfeeding between children, I still always wore my Cadenshae bras because they are just so damn comfortable. They are designed to hold your entire breast as well as supporting your back, with most styles having a racer back option for extra support.

Cadenshae are also very budget friendly, with bras starting at $45, and the most expensive ones costing about $70.

If you are nervous about buying online, even though the website is great for helping you pick your size and returns are easy, there are also local stockists, in every State (except South Australia).

Cadenshae also stock really great nursing tops, maternity tights and other accessories for the busy Mum. You can find a full range of their bras here.
